Sellers Set up 7.00am onwards

Late arrivals for sellers are welcome. No one blames you for not wanting to get up with the larks – so why should we make you suffer??
Sellers will be lined up in a holding area and only be allowed in to the sellers area at around 7.00am so please do not arrive at dawn hoping to gain an advantage.

NO BUYING ALLOWED AT ALL BEFORE 7.30am at the earliest - STALLHOLDERS INCLUDED.

Early Entry for Buyers is strictly 7.30am at the earliest – Entry before 8.30am is £3 per person.

Buyers 8.30am

Buyers will be permitted in to the sellers area after 8.30am.
If you wish to be admitted before this time you will be charged as a trader which is £3. We will only allow “early birds” people into the car boot when we are happy that the vehicles are static enough. The entry time before 8.30am will therefore vary.

The car boot may be cancelled if we have heavy rain on the morning of the event – please check this website before you head out or call the phone number if you are unsure.

Please note: We never cancel an event unless we feel we have no choice. Remember that if we have had very heavy rain during the week, a few days running – the ground will be soft and easily damaged by cars. This would mean we do not run – we need to look after our ground.

PLEASE TRY TO BE UNDERSTANDING IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL – IT IS THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO !!
